Sbc-Services.com's policies and procedures for handling customer information have been created with the understanding that Internet technologies are still evolving and that Internet business methods are continuing to evolve to meet the needs and opportunities of the changing technologies. Opt Out & Modifications
Customers may opt out of receiving notices of new or upgraded products from Sbc-Services.com and Sbc-Services.com partners by opting out of such mailing in there administrative control panel. Customers must identify: service purchased from Sbc-Services.com, domain name (if applicable), contact information, and the date the service was purchased. However, customers may not opt out of receiving information from Sbc-Services.com which is essential for maintaining or updating customers' accounts or system information.
Most customers may access and modify their personal information via their online personal control panel/account information page. All other customers may access and modify their personal information by contacting the appropriate Sbc-Services.com billing organization.
Domain name customers who have registered a domain name with Sbc-Services.com and wish to change the Technical Contact from Sbc-Services.com to another company, may do so by requesting this change via there administrative control panel.
Ip limits
Seo ip limit -
Accounts can only use the alloted amount of ip's that come with a package to use toward seo. If your package does not come with an ip you will be allowed only 1 ip address for seo. Ip's used for ssl's and valid uses will never been turned down. If found frauding ip's for seo past these limits the account(s) will be up for suspension and or termination.
Ip class's -
Sbc-Services.com can not promise that we will be able to provide different ip classes on a single server. If we so happen to get more then one class this can be done. This all depends on what is available from our datacenter.
Server Limits
35% cpu and or memory for 3 minutes.
250 email limit per domain per hour.
50 concurrent database connections at one time.
Apache threads to be open no longer then 999 seconds.
Php upload limit of 50 megs.
Max php session time of 300 seconds or less.
Limits are subject to change at anytime.
Disclosure of customer information and communications
Sbc-Services.com will not otherwise disclose its customers' personal and account information unless Sbc-Services.com has reason to believe that disclosing such information is necessary to identify, make contact with, or bring legal action against someone who may be causing harm or interfering with the rights or property of Sbc-Services.com, Sbc-Services.com's customers, or others, or where Sbc-Services.com has a good faith belief that the law requires such disclosure.
Sbc-Services.com also will not, except for reasons stated below, disclose to third parties the contents of any electronic mail or other electronic communications that Sbc-Services.com stores or transmits for its customers. The circumstances under which Sbc-Services.com will disclose such electronic customer communications are when:
- it is necessary in order to provide service to the customer;
- it is necessary to protect the legitimate interests of Sbc-Services.com and its customers;
- it is required to cooperate with interception orders, warrants, or other legal process that Sbc-Services.com determines in its sole discretion to be valid and enforceable; and
- it is necessary to provide to a law enforcement agency when the contents are inadvertently obtained by Sbc-Services.com and appear to pertain to the commission of a crime.
Sbc-Services.com disclaims any intention to censor, edit or engage in ongoing review or surveillance of communications stored on or transmitted through its facilities by customers or others. Sbc-Services.com will, however, review, delete or block access to communications that may harm Sbc-Services.com, its customers or third parties. The grounds on which Sbc-Services.com may take such action include, but are not limited to actual or potential violations of Sbc-Services.com's acceptable Use Policy.
